I got this at Walmart, and it was a good while before I got a chance to install the games and try to play them. Several of the games so far (the Imperial Island ones, and Hiddenverse Witch’s Tales 2) have fairly severe problems. In the case of Hiddenverse Witch’s Tales 2, when you get to level 69 the count of boxes to open is larger than the number of boxes that are on the screen. Also, I get the potions down to the bottom of the screen, and they will not fall off and be counted, so I can never finish that level and progress.

Playing on Windows 10. I have tried running this as administrator and other compatibility options to no avail.

In trying to research this on line, it looks like I need a patch, but the patch instructions all involve The Big Fish Games App, which was not with the CD. I followed the directions to install the app, but it will not detect my game. I had it search for games, it shows the Legacy Games folder as a place it is looking, it says it finds one game… but the game never shows up in the app, and the update is still not available.

How do I get it to recognize my retail game so that I can get the patch, and not be locked out of further progress? Or is there some other way for those with retail versions of the game to get patches? Rather rude, for the version on a retail disc to be an unpatched broken one.

With Imperial Island 2, all of the upper row of special tools to use in the game don’t work (the hammer, etc).

I hope there is a solution, as I was liking Witch’s Tales 2 up to that point.

I was hopeing that your company would possibly help me, I have purchased many of your games from Walmart but from now on I will be buying them straight from you. thank you in advanced for anything that you might be able to do for me
